Computers have become integral to our home and working lives, and as such it can be frustrating when problems occur. Fortunately with the right support most problems can be solved relatively easily - usually without the need for new parts.
OTR Computing provides a home computer repair call-out service to deal with these problems as quickly and economically as possible for you - see service area here (alternatively you can drop your Computer/Laptop off with us).
Our Home Computer Repair call-out service ranges from £40 to just £60 depending on your location. Over the phone, we can make a note of the problem and make an initial diagnosis before the visit, with an estimated time-to-fix provided. You will be made aware of the rough expense and we can book you an appointment anytime between 9am and 8pm.
Alternatively you can arrange a time to drop your machine off at our office, and you will be charged a flat fee instead of an hourly rate. Either way, just call us on 020 8877 2460 and we will be happy to discuss further.
