OTR Computing provide a home laptop repair call out service - see service area here (alternatively you can drop your Computer/Laptop off with us) - to deal with these problems for you as quickly and economically as possible.
Our Home Laptop Repair call out service ranges from £40 to just £60 depending on your location. What will happen is we’ll take a note of the problem on the phone and make an initial diagnosis before the visit with an estimated time-to-fix given. You’ll then know what the rough expense is and we can book you an appointment anytime between 9am and 8pm.
Alternatively you can arrange a time to drop your machine off with us and you’ll be given a flat fee instead of an hourly rate. Either way, just give us a call on 020 8877 2460 and we’ll be happy to discuss further.
